Please help -- can't find moderator information
Hi! I posted an entry to this community a while back that I would like to either delete or hide from public view for privacy reasons. I tried to find the community's mod through its user info page but didn't succeed. I don't have edit permissions to the post in question. What should/can I do? Thank you for your help!

Hi there, I have two 8 week old puppies, and they have had their first shots and vet check. I am currently looking for a good vet to take them to regularly to finish up their puppy shots and also to have in case of anything that comes up.

Do you all recommend anyone that's in Tempe/Chandler area? also any places that are cheaper or offer coupons or have cheaper shot clinics, etc? Also do any of you know of any good places to get cheaper stuff for dogs (like baby gates, crates, etc) because Petsmart seems to be super super expensive.

any advice or input would be greatly appreciated.

Counter Culture in the News!!!
Many thanks to Jose Gonzalez and the rest of the staff at Phoenix New Times for the following, well composed piece on Counter Culture's efforts to reopen on Mill Avenue.

Phoenix New Times: Chow Bella: Counter Culture Cafe Returns with a Tempe Twist

...hopefully this helps us attract the start-up capital we need to push this out of the realm of "strong possibility" and into that of "definite reality."

email: andres.yuhnke@gmail.com for further information.

Counter Culture on Mill
There is a very real possibility that Counter Culture will be reopening in the near future. This time on Mill Avenue in a 6100 square feet location with a full kitchen. We will also be a full venue with a real stage and sound system, a bar and a retail location specializing in locally produced art music and fashion. It's time for us freaks to take back Mill! Think positive thoughts, help us generate some buzz and spread the good word!

ps: We have an amazing opportunity here and are currently negotiating free rent for our first year, but we need help: partners, sponsors and investors. Even small amounts of capital will help, and while there is no such thing as a risk-free investment, free rent for a year, complete commercial kitchen, in between a large parking garage and the MADCAP Theaters, at the base of two (currently under construction) condo towers and walking distance from the nation's largest public research university (asu) makes this a no-brainer! please spread the word and contact andres.yuhnke@gmail.com with any interest. thanks!

Help! Lost cat!
Last night, around 10pm, my cat Sesame slipped out my apartment door, in a big complex called the Haven on Broadway near McClintock. I have been looking for her within my apartment complex, but I'm worried that she might have found her way outside or jumped into someone's car by accident.

Sesame is a sweet, shy, black domestic shorthair. She weighs about 10 pounds. She wears a pink collar and has mostly pink nails -- I use SoftClaws. Here are some pictures.

If you see her, could you please call me at 516-439-3753 or email me? Thank you!

Found Orange Cat (Baseline/McClintock)
I've already posted this up on craigslist, but I figured it couldn't hurt to post around LJ, too.

The past few nights, an orange tabby has been wandering through my backyard, causing the managed feral colony no end of concern. Tonight, he came bounding up to me and starting begging for pettings. He's ridiculously sweet - all he wants is for me to sit there and pet him. He's a litter trained, maybe 6-12 mos old, unneutered orange tabby short-haired male. (as far as I know)

He's very gentle with people - no claws at ALL when I picked him up outside or when I stuffed him in a carrier and trounced him around the neighborhood for an hour, looking for his family. He doesn't seem to mind other cats and was rubbing against the outside ones to their consternation. He didn't seem overly scared of the random dogs barking when I was walking with him, but I wouldn't swear to that.

I'm checking with my vet tomorrow to see if, by some stroke of luck, he's been microchipped. However, if anyone is missing a very sweet orange boy in the area of Baseline/McClintock (specifically, Dorsey/Dunbar), or knows of someone who is, please let me know! I want to help this kitty find his way home!

The vet says he's not chipped, and is probably closer to a year old, though he's not very big. I'm heading out to my area again today in hopes that someone will recognize him and help him find his way home!
